hil.ar.i.ous.
So. I was blogging around and I saw one of my friends complaining about this blog site called "seriously so blessed"... about how it was rude and stuff... of course, that made me uber curious, so, I had to go read it. I'm sorry, but I'm going to bet about 90% of you will find it offensive. I thought it was hysterical. And I haven't laughed much in the past 4 days... just sayin'.

I think if one understands the irony, then it's not offensive. There is a big difference between sarcasm and irony. The writer behind Tamn is actually making fun of Tamn, not the people she teases. Plus it's fun to laugh at myself when I find something in common with her.
It's not that I don't get the irony, I actually heard her in an interveiw one time. I have no idea where and it was months ago so I can't link it, but she was such a snark. I remember the first time I saw that blog and I was sitting in bed laughing and Brett came to see what I was sniggering about. He then read it and made a comment something like, " Yeah, great way to show the world what it is to be a Mormon." That made me think a little deeper about it. And then I started reading it from that point of view and it wasn't so funny anymore. I guess it's all about your perspective.
